Contest

Participants of the exhibition "Art-Geography of Asia and Russia" automatically participate in the contest. Presented works are assessed by well-known artists, masters, art critics of the Asian region and Russia.

Within the framework of the project, a round table with colleagues from China will be held, where Russian artists will be able to get acquainted with the economy and creative activities in the field of art industry

Forms of participation

Personal (in-person) participation
You deliver and submit your art objects to the exhibition site in person. 

The personal presence throughout the exhibition is not required. During the exhibition all authors can participate in the program organized by the organizing committee. After completion of the project, the works submitted in-person have to be taken back by authors. 

Distance participation
The organizing committee brings the works to the exhibition.

You register either the originals or copies and deliver them to the organizing committee office in Moscow. We'll handle all the necessary documentation work and transport your art to the exhibition site. 

Remote participation
You send us the photos of your works and the we print them.

The organizing committee prints the files you sent to the email: info@artshow.asia. Photocopies will be exhibited on the wall along with the originals and published in the catalog.

Briefly about the project

Project features

FAIR

Works participating in the International Project "Art-Geography of Asia and Russia" can be sold to representatives of the Chinese art industry. Chinese distributors especially love pictorial and graphic works depicting Russia. 

JURY

The Expert Council (jury) consists of well-known representatives of the Asian and Russian world of art. The jury evaluates the work on a 10-point system. Next, the Organizing Committee determines the average arithmetic score. This score determines what place each author will take in the overall standings.

CONTEST

All the works involved in the project participate in the contest program: they are assessed by well-known representatives of Chinese and Russian art. The jury also includes representatives from other Pacific countries.

Creative meetings and workshops

Personal communication with representatives of the Chinese Art Industry, buyers and art dealers

DIPLOMAS

All participants will receive diplomas of a participant or a winner 

CATALOG

All participants are published in the international catalog "Art Geo Forum". The catalogue is published in both English and Russian.

Exhibition sections

Two regions - Russia and Asia - are the focus of our attention. Imagine works that reflect the splendour of Russia and the countries of the Asian region.
"Art-Geography of Russia" and "Art-Geography of Asia" - two main sections of the exhibition.
The techniques represented at the exhibition are:
1) Painting
2) Graphics
3) Photo
4) Textiles

Nominations of the project contest program:

  • «ARCHITECTURE»: urban landscape and architectural lines;
  • «NATURE»: the beauty, harmony and individuality of the region;
  • «PERSONALITY»: people who have made a great contribution to the culture and development of the region;
  • «HISTORY»: a genre picture based on historical events that occurred in the region.

Registration procedure

How to participate

Step 1

Choose your preferred form of participation: PERSONAL, DISTANCE or REMOTE.
All participants have equal rights and are assessed on the same 10-point scale, regardless of the form of participation in the project.

Step 2

Registration form and photos

Prepare photos of works from 1 to 20 MB in .jpg or .tiff, and fill out the registration form.

Registration fee

Pay the registration fee. After paying the registration fee you will receive a receipt of payment on your e-mail address.

Step 4

Final confirmation from the organizing committee

In-person participation: the works must be brought to the exhibition site strictly on the dates indicated in the letter confirming participation
Distance participation: send your works via any transportation company or bring them to the Moscow organizing committee office personally.
Remote participation: subscribe to the social network of the project and wait for the results

ФОРМЫ УЧАСТИЯ В ПРОЕКТЕ:

1) PERSONAL PARTICIPATION:

You deliver your works to the exhibition site. The address and dates will be indicated in the confirmation letter from the organizing committee. 

2) DICTANCE PARTICIPATION

You prepare and deliver the works to the organizing committee office in Moscow. We'll handle all the necessary documentation work and transport your art to the exhibition site and back. 

3) REMOTE PARTICIPATION (photocopies):

Send us the files in good resolution, we'll print and place them in the exhibition. Thus, remote participation is an exhibition of reproductions (photocopies) of works of art printed from the author’s files. 
We can print the files in A3, A2 and A1.
