Art Geography in Beijing
Registration procedure
1) choose your preferred form of participation in the project:
a) personal; b) distance; c) remote
2) Prepare photos of your works, from 1 MB to 10 MB, formats . jpg, . tiff
3) fill in the "Registration form" for each art object separately
4) Once you have filled in the registration form, you will receive a confirmation of your work’s participation in the project. The next step is paying the organizational fee. Copy of the receipt of payment must be sent to info@artgeo.asia (you will receive a confirmation that your work is accepted to participate only after sending a receipt or a screenshot)

а) If you're participating remotely:
We will print the files you sent and transport them to the exhibition. You can subscribe to our social media to see the photos from the exhibition site.

b) If you're participating in distance:
You need to deliver your works to our office in Moscow no later than October 10. We'll manage all the necessary documentation and transport you works to the exhibition site.
c) If you're participating in person:
Call the organizing committee before booking the plane ticket, to clarify details (tel./whatapp: +7 925 433 88 21)
